Rich Harrington has been a fulltime freelance illustrator since 1990 and has worked as a professional illustrator for over 25 years. He also teaches illustration at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, PA. Some of the clients he has produced work for include Scholastic, TimeWarner, Houghton-Mifflin, and Oxford University Press. His work experience rranges from full color humorous illustration to exacting technical art. He was elected to The Society of Illustrators in 1996, and to the Philadelphia Sketch Club in 2004. His work has been exhibited at several different locales, including The Norman Rockwell Museum, the Newman Galleries in Philadelphia, and the Society of Illustrators in NYC, to name a few. Barking Beagle Studio was created to differentiate between other Rich Harringtons that were also freelance illustrators. This is the Rich Harrington with a dog.
